Hello, I’m Vikki Harris, a counsellor and psychotherapist, offering a compassionate, safe space to explore whatever is happening for you. You don’t need to know the right words or where to start, we can begin exactly where you are.

I work as a humanistic psychotherapist, walking beside you with deep respect as we explore your unique story. I follow you at your pace as you discover what it means to be in relationship with your authentic self and in turn with others.
I offer sessions in person at my therapy space, online, or outdoors through walk-and-talk and eco-therapy, depending on what feels right for you.

Ways I Can Support You

You might come to therapy because you’re experiencing:

-
Grief, loss, or life changes - including bereavement, endings, or transitions such as menopause
-
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or low mood - feeling constantly on edge, shut down, or emotionally exhausted
-
Difficulties in your relationship with yourself or others - including boundaries, conflict, or feeling disconnected
-
Shame, loneliness, or not feeling good enough - a sense of isolation or being deeply self-critical
-
Challenges in your relationship with food, your body, or self-image
-
Questions of identity, belonging, or experiences of discrimination - including gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or race.

A relational space to recover your nature....
How I work
As a humanistic therapist I work integratively with the body, mind and environment using the theories of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Formative Psychology and Eco-therapy practice.

I believe therapy is a profound act of courage and vulnerability. It begins with a willingness to explore what’s holding you back, deciding you want something different, even if you're not clear what that may look like. You're not alone, at the heart of our work, we’ll embark on a journey together of curiosity, compassion, clarity and connection.
I offer an inclusive presence, welcoming every part of you, whether you express your anxiety, sadness, shame, anger or joy, acknowledging their protection, their pain and wisdom.
I am a “wild” therapist, by “wild” I mean I am deeply present, attuned and responsive to your words, gestures, thoughts and feelings, recognising the interdependence of all that exists.

I don’t offer solutions, because the wisdom is already within you. Instead, I offer a space for you to understand your relationships more deeply. This is where self-acceptance and clarity can grow, allowing you to trust your own inner wisdom, realise your greatest potential, discover new possibilities, and make new, meaningful choices.

Are you curious about taking the next step?

The relationship between us is an important part of therapy. I therefore offer a free 15 minute introductory call, where you can share what’s led you to consider therapy and we can explore how it might feel to work together.
We explore your needs, answer your questions, and gently determine if we are a good fit to work together. This initial conversation ensures we start our journey grounded in clarity and mutual trust. From there, we can decide whether moving forward with therapy feels right.

I offer open ended therapy, meaning my work is suited for those looking for deeper exploration, rather than one specific focused issue.

Sessions are held in my therapy space, online or in the Sussex countryside located outside my practice.
