Do you feel like something is getting in the way of
you feeling truly alive?
What are you hungry for?
What would it feel like to finally live in alignment with
your deepest self?

I believe therapy is a profound act of courage and vulnerability.
It begins with a willingness to explore what’s holding you back, deciding you want something different, even if you're not clear what that may look like.
You're not alone, at the heart of our work, we’ll embark on a journey together of curiosity, compassion, clarity and connection.
I offer a non-judgmental inclusive presence, welcoming every part of you, whether you express your anxiety, sadness, shame, anger or joy, acknowledging their protection, their pain and wisdom.

A relational space to recover your nature....
How I work
I am a humanistic therapist and work integratively with the body, mind and environment using the theories of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Formative Psychology and Eco-therapy practice.

I walk beside you with deep respect as we explore your unique story. I follow you at your pace as you explore what it means to be in relationship with your authentic self and in turn with others.
I am a “wild” therapist, by “wild” I mean I am deeply present, attuned and responsive to your words, gestures, thoughts and feelings, recognising the interdependence of all that exists.

I don’t offer solutions, because the wisdom is already within you. Instead, I offer a space for you to understand your relationships more deeply. This is where self-acceptance and clarity can grow, allowing you to trust your own inner wisdom, realise your greatest potential, discover new possibilities, and make new, meaningful choices.

We can take our work outside the therapy room, if you wish, to walk and talk, working with the land and 'other than human', to immerse yourself in nature, exploring and engaging with your surroundings.

Are you curious about taking the next step?
Let's arrange an initial session. This time is dedicated for us to get to know each other, explore your needs, answer your questions, and gently determine if we are a good fit to work together. This initial conversation ensures we start our journey grounded in clarity and mutual trust.

I offer open ended therapy, meaning my work is suited for those looking for deeper exploration, rather than one specific focused issue.

Sessions are held in my therapy space, online or in the Sussex countryside located outside my practice.
