Areas I work with

It takes courage to seek support. I am here to walk alongside you. I work with people navigating a wide range of challenges and life experiences. Whether you’re facing grief or loss, struggling with anxiety or low mood, seeking more connection with yourself or others, or exploring your sense of identity and belonging, you’re welcome here. You don’t need to have all the answers, we can begin wherever you are and work together at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Grief, loss, and life changes - including bereavement, endings, or transitions such as menopause

  • Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or low mood - feeling constantly on edge, shut down, or emotionally exhausted

  • Difficulties in your relationship with yourself or others - including boundaries, conflict, or feeling disconnected

  • Shame, loneliness, or not feeling good enough - a sense of isolation or being deeply self-critical

  • Challenges in your relationship with food, your body, or self-image

  • Questions of identity, belonging, or experiences of discrimination - including gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or race.

I am wild, I am naked, I am free from all ties.

I run, crawl, howl.

I am heartbeat. I am home.

I am soft belly, roaring heart.

I breath, and I am breathed.

I am space and portal.

I am becoming and unbecoming.

I am song and silence.

I am darkness and the light.

I am living.

I am freedom.

I offer a confidential, deeply empathetic space where you can gently explore the challenges holding you back, whether you know what your focus is or feel lost . Ultimately, I believe in empowering and cultivating your self-awareness to build a life that feels authentically meaningful to you.

My work is informed by my personal journey of navigating feelings of belonging, relationship to my body, and meeting the challenges of grief and life stages, cultivating a deep empathy for those who struggle to find their own sense of identity.  I understand the exhaustion that comes from continuously trying to fit in and deeply empathise with the fear of being overwhelmed by thoughts, feelings and emotions.
