Fees

I offer sessions for individuals 50 mins in length, at the same day, time each week.

I offer open ended therapy, meaning my work is suited for those looking for deeper exploration, rather than focused on one specific issue. We regularly review our work together to ensure you are getting the most out of our time together.

My Fees range between £65 - £75, with concession rates available. I am able to offer some concession rates, subject to availability.

Sessions are held: 

​

• Face to Face in my therapy space in Ditchling, Sussex.

• Online allowing you to access therapy wherever you are.

• Walk and Talk, Eco-therapy in the countryside located outside my practice.
